Coaching in Nature

As a parent without contact with your child(ren), you carry a silent pain. Perhaps the contact was suddenly broken. Or maybe it gradually faded. However it happened, the emptiness, sadness, and sense of powerlessness are often hard to put into words.

Coaching in nature, while walking, offers a safe, quiet space to reflect on everything you’re experiencing – while you literally get moving. Outside, in nature, space is created. Space to feel, to grieve, to talk – or simply to be still for a while.

We walk side by side, without judgement. You don’t have to prove or explain anything. Everything is welcome: the pain, the loss, the confusion, the guilt, the hope.

What walking coaching can offer you:
